BASIC OBJECTIVE OF A FINANCIAL AUDIT
To express an opinion on whether the entity's financial statements are fairly presented in conformity  with auditing standards generally accepted in Bermuda and Canada.
To consider internal control in order to design audit procedures appropriate in the circumstances and to communicate any significant deficiencies in internal control relevant to the audit of  the financial statements.
